What Happens During Your Session
1. Welcome + Conversation (5–10 min)
We talk about:
Your fitness history
Your goals
Any injuries or concerns
What you want from a gym experience
We listen first.
2. Functional Movement Assessment (5–10 min)
A quick series of simple, low-intensity movement screens:
Squat pattern
Hinge pattern
Overhead mobility
Core stability
Basic cardio readiness
This helps us understand how your body moves so we can guide you safely.
3. Program Recommendation (5–10 min)
Based on your goals and assessment, your coach will build a personalized plan.
Most clients transition into one of the following:
All-Access Membership
Unlimited CrossFit-style classes + HYROX Training Club + open gym.
Start Strong 12-Week On-Ramp
Perfect for beginners. Includes 10 personal training sessions and guided entry into group classes.
HYROX Training Club
